30 June: deadhead, bushy, ugly spent blooms, Syngenta marigolds nicer, fewer of these dead, lots of blooms.


15 July: not enough coverage, small flowers, pretty basic marigold, like other varieties, good number of blooms and buds.


30 July: needs occasional deadheading, so many flowers, so bright, eyecatching, not uniform, old flowers detract, nice color.

15 Aug: deadhead, flowers decay prematurely, unique color, nice flowers.


30 Aug: few flowers, needs constant deadheading, great dark green foliage.

15 Sept: deadhead, many flowers, lots of blooms and buds, best marigold.
